Open Question: What university in Southern California would accept me?

I have 4.0 GPA. I will be taking 4 years of Engish, 4 years of math(algebra 1, algebra 2, pre-calculus, calculus), biology , chemistry, physics, accounting, world history, u.s history, and soon government/economics, 2 years of Japanese, art. All classes that I did not say how many years, I took one year of. Of them classes, 3 are honors and calculus would be AP. I never did community service or was in a club. I have no extracurricular activities. I haven't took the SAT yet, but I got 1450 on the PSAT. By extracurricular activities, that is joining a club or volunteering or learning outside of school, right? Suppose I go learn music or foreign language outside of school would that count? I could still go to a university if I never volunteer, but as along as I do something out of school, right? Oh, I forgot to say this.
